Clear terms, before you book

KeepSake.Co is all about capturing the moments that matter. From photo booths to school sports and events, we bring good energy and even better photos all across Colorado. Based in Aurora, we’re ready to make your next memory look good.

Booking with KeepSake.Co is easy. Start with a quick message through our website form, social media, or email. We’ll check availability, walk you through the package details, and answer any questions. Once we’re all on the same page, your date is locked in with the required deposit. No surprises on event day.

Life happens. Reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit paid directly to the studio; within 7 days, the deposit helps cover reserved staff and equipment time.

Photos are delivered through private, code-protected galleries — never posted publicly. Codes are scoped per team, class, or event, and access can be revoked at any time. School galleries follow the privacy terms agreed with each school, and photos of minors receive extra care.

Galleries stay online for at least 90 days from the event date unless a longer window is agreed with your school or organization. We recommend downloading or ordering prints promptly; after the gallery expires, files may no longer be recoverable.

Print requests are fulfilled by the KeepSake.Co team with professional-grade finishes. Turnaround times vary by product; you'll receive a confirmation with timing and pickup or delivery options when your request is accepted.

Your photos remain ineligible for public marketing use unless you sign a separate marketing release. Client photos are never sold to third parties. Clients may share their own downloaded photos freely for personal use.

For outdoor events, weather delays are rescheduled at no charge when the session cannot be completed. The team will coordinate alternatives with you as early as possible on event day.
