KeepSake.Co and the school confirm which collections are visible and how codes are distributed — before any gallery is published.

Approved school-staff access
A school staff member gets a separate, admin-approved account scoped to approved galleries within that school only.

Guests receive scoped codes that open only their assigned collection — never another school or the business dashboard.
